For your interest in the MFWCAA Scholarship Program!

We are so proud to be able to offer this Scholarship Program to our members and their families! 

Please complete the following application and provide all needed information and documentation by the deadline of February 28, 2021. 

All applicants will be notified of the Scholarship Committee’s decision by June 1, 2021. Please note if you were a scholarship winner in 2020, you are not eligible for a scholarship in 2021. Applicants must incur tuition fees during Fall 2021 – Spring 2022. In addition, membership dues for 2021 must be paid by February 28, 2021 for scholarship applicant to be eligible. 

You will be required to submit two (2) Letter of Recommendation not to contain more than 150 words. One must from a non-related adult, the second form a non-related teacher, instructor or employer. Letters of Recommendation should be on letterhead paper and include the writer’s name and contact information.

A brief typed statement of your post-secondary educational plans, and how you feel you merit consideration for this scholarship)
• Two (2) Letters of Recommendation

Your application will be judged on planned course study. Factors such as accomplishments, community service and employment history are also considered while reviewing applications.
