To attend conference, you MUST be a registered member. Register here: Membership registration Membership is $20 per member per calendar year. 

Conference Costs: Early bird (Through August 31st, 2025)- $325. After August 31st the cost rises to $375. If you’re looking to register multiple people for conference/memberships, please email MFWCAA@gmail.com with “Conference Registration” in the subject line. Members have a registration link in the member’s area. 

Cancellations MUST be received by September 15th, 2025 or you will be responsible for the costs. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Members get early access to the hotel information. Hotels must be booked by the member/county. Hotel costs are not included in the conference cost. After July 14th, non-members can find the hotel reservation information here: Hotel Info

Thursday night activities: 

1. We will be offering discounted group tickets for the Duluth Haunted Ship on Thursday night. Tickets will be $15 instead of $20. You can purchase them here (must be an active member to access the page): Duluth Haunted Ship Registration « MFWCAA (Available through 10/10/25)

2. Glensheen will host a 7pm tour on Thursday. You can purchase tickets here (must be an active member to access the page): Glensheen Registration « MFWCAA

3. We are also inquiring with the Duluth Aquarium if they will have hours available for us. Stay tuned!
